These terms are between you and Woahn, LLC (“Rosie”, “we”, “us”). By joining the waitlist, texting Rosie, or using the service, you agree to them.
What Rosie is
Rosie is an AI assistant for families that you use over text message. One phone number serves the whole family; Rosie recognizes each member by their verified mobile number and keeps each family’s information separate from every other family’s. Rosie is software, not a person, and not a substitute for professional advice — medical, legal, financial, or otherwise.
Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create a Rosie account. There is no self-service sign-up for anyone under 18. A family account is created and administered by that adult, who is responsible for who they add to it and for what those members do. A minor participates in Rosie only when their own parent or guardian adds them to the family account, and a minor’s Rosie is limited to age-appropriate capabilities; that guardian-initiated enrollment is the parent’s permission for the child to use the service. You agree to give accurate information and to only add a phone number you are authorized to add. Our full children’s-privacy position is in the Privacy Policy.
SMS messaging terms
Program. Rosie is a conversational family-assistant messaging program: she replies to the messages a family member sends her and sends service notices about the account. Once you opt in, these are the messages the program sends:
- Replies to the messages you send her.
- One-time verification codes, when you or someone in your family adds a phone number.
- Service notices about your account.
- Before launch, waitlist and launch updates to the number you gave us.
Rosie does not send marketing or promotional messages, and she does not text you unprompted about anything else.
- Consent. You opt in by giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts — on the waitlist form on this site, or during signup. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies. Rosie is conversational, so how often she texts depends on how much you text her.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Rosie does not charge you for messages; your mobile carrier’s plan applies.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any Rosie message at any time and we will stop texting that number. To start again, reply START or sign up again.
- Help. Reply HELP to any Rosie message for help, or contact support at support@rosierfuture.com or 801-380-8048.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed — do not rely on SMS for emergencies.
How we handle the number and the messages is covered by our Privacy Policy. Your mobile information and opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Rosie to break the law, harass anyone, or attempt to reach another family’s data. We may suspend an account that does.
Your content
What you tell Rosie stays yours. You give us the permission we need to operate the service for you — to process your messages, connected calendars and inboxes, and the assistant memory built from them. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to market to you on behalf of anyone else.
Fees
Rosie is currently in a free private beta: we are not charging for the service and there are no fees yet. We may introduce paid plans in the future, and pricing is subject to change; if we do, we will make the terms clear before any charge and give you the chance to decline. Any amounts you pay once billing begins are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. You can stop using Rosie and cancel at any time.
Availability and changes
Rosie is offered as-is and as-available while we build it. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms — we will update the effective date and, for material changes, tell you directly.
Termination
You can stop using Rosie at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosie is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Rosie is software, not a person, and not a substitute for professional advice; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its output will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woahn, LLC and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of Rosie. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). You agree to indemnify and hold Woahn, LLC harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Woahn, LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
